The hotel is conveniently located near to available golf courses and the beach, which is a plus. the swimming pool is also nice, and the rooms are clean and air-conditioned, with comfortable beds.
The hotel has a persistent musty smell, which may be uncomfortable for some guests.

The beach is wonderful. The room was very clean. The outdoor restaurant is lovely. Very nice pool. Nice balconies off the room.
Air conditioner did not work. Some of the staff seem unfriendly to us as we do not speak Italian, but others were very nice. Cots in the suite are not comfortable.

fabulous buffet breakfast
we were upgraded to an "exclusive" from a "deluxe" room, as we had requested a no smoking room. However, the hotel staff told us all the rooms were "non smoking" but they had ashtrays in every room, and there were no signs about no smoking. The entire hotel area seemed dated (like the 70's). Only had plastic cups for our wine.

The food here was amazing! It's a quick 5-minute walk to galleria il gualdo, so you can easily explore the area. Plus, it's conveniently close to the airport ✈️.

Child-friendly staff. Great swimming pool. Great private beach. Great location. Great breakfast and dinner.
Our room was very clean, but had poor ventilation so upon walking into the room you could smell some stuffiness in the air. Keeping the balcony door open would clear the air fairly quickly. Also the decor of the room (and the entire hotel) is a bit dated, but that didn't bother us much...

The hotel is in a beautiful location, close to the beach and golf courses. the outdoor pool area and spa facilities were great amenities.
The hotel decor and infrastructure were quite dated and in need of refurbishment. the carpets and hallways were worn out, with area rugs covering up the damage.

Hotel staff on the beach 'was very kind, room was nice and clean, also breakfast was OK.After my complains I have been contacted by the Guest Relation Manager of the Hotel who apologized for the problems we encountered.
Although most of the rooms were free, I 'have been given a room overlooking the exaust pipes of the boiling heater and service infrastructures of the hotel itself (no sea view or pine forest view). The pipes produced also an annoyng sond during the nigth. In the room there were only two towels for three people, I have asked for a third one but they brougth it much later (by now we all had a shower).

We just came from 10 days of beautiful holidays 09.2011 spent in that nice hotel: - at the entrance the reception service seeing us with a baby upgrade us to a suite room 210 without any extra charge - very good breakfast/ evening dinner!!! with a lot of good quality food - nice lounge bar connected to the swimming pool - very pleasant to stay during the day and for breakfast - very proffesional hotel staff which support all your requests and do not disturb your daily stay inside - good orgranized hotel beach with free umbrella/sun bed/ sun chairs/ towels/ showers hot/cold/toilet/ shuttle bus and connected to a good quality beach restaurant with a nice view - beach and see focused on taking rest +very friendly for children (low 100m see level +nice sand) - children friendly hotel - very nice surrounding to make sports like Golf /Bike rides (available in the reception) - good free internet wireless connection near to the bar/reception/swimm.pool - balance price/quality in the perion 09.2011 - VERY GOOD! - nice to visit Punta ala port/ Castiglione della Pescaia!
- Hotel's elevation on the pool side is full of climbing plants, that in some cases can disturb your stay preferences - wireless/cable internet was not working in our room 210

Although we booked a double room, we ended up getting an apartment. The pool was nice and clean. The staff tried to be courteous but for the lack of knowledge of foreign languages, it stayed at trying. There were not many very young children to make noise which made a nice relaxing couple of days in the resort. There was a regular shuttle to and from the beach.
The resort apparently survives on its tradition and does not spend much on improvements. In our room there were at least 4 light switches that did not operate any lights. Internet in the room (wired) did not work and the maintenance ppl blamed it on our laptop. Wifi worked ok in the bar and the restaurant. The staff should invest some time in learning English or German.

We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel! The location right on the beach was perfect for us, and we loved the set down area used for parking. The service was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping being prompt and efficient. We also took advantage of the airport shuttle service, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and the tours/ticket assistance helped us plan our activities.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We enjoyed the private beach and the attentive restaurant staff.
We were disappointed the refreshment facilities had been closed at the beach site. The exceptionally good weather should have been taken into account.Hotel really focuses on golfing groups and not individual non playing couples.
